Manually Issue a Store Credit 💰

Manually issuing a store credit and sending it to your customer can be completed from your EasyAccounts dashboard.

From the EasyAccounts dashboard homepage, go to the Store Credits section under Dashboard Tools.

From there, click Add Credit, find the customer in the search box, add the amount, and provide a reason for the return.

Once issued, he customer will receive an email notifying them that they have received a credit to your store.
