Tracking the performance of your Promotions 📈
To look at how a particular Promotion is performing, go to the analytics section of EasyAccounts.
From the homepage, click on View All Analytics.
On the Analytics dashboard, click on View Reports in the top right corner. Then under the Promotions section, click on Promotion Performance Breakdown.
From here you can now filter by Date Range, Interval, and individual Promotion.
Promotion performance is measured primarily by three core numbers: Possible Reach, Actual Reach, and Total Activations.
Possible Reach is the total amount of customers that the promotion could be activated by.
Actual Reach is the total amount of individual customers that have activated the promotion.
Total Activations is the total amount of times the promotion has been activated (depending on your settings individual customers may activate a specific promotion more than once).
